Portrait Retouching Studio (“PRS”) provides photo retouching services for business customers. By using this website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms.

Service

You can submit photos for retouching. Pricing is determined after review by a retoucher and may vary depending on complexity and requirements.

Payments & Wallet

PRS uses an account wallet model. You may place orders first; once pricing is set, you can secure work by holding funds from your wallet balance (and, if applicable, within your approved credit limit).

Credit Limit

If a credit limit is assigned to your account, you may secure work even if your wallet balance is insufficient, up to the approved limit. If your account exceeds the limit, PRS may restrict placing new orders until the balance is topped up.

Delivery

Completed files are delivered through your PRS account. Turnaround time depends on workload and job complexity.

Acceptable Use

You confirm that you have the right to upload and request processing of the images you submit.
