Refund Policy

PRS provides custom digital services. Refund eligibility depends on the status of the work and account activity.

Wallet top-ups

Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by law. If you believe a top-up was made in error, contact us as soon as possible.

Completed work

Once a job is completed and delivered, payments for that job are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, you may request revisions according to the agreed job scope.

Disputes

If you have concerns about billing or delivery, please contact support and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
